Cancellation policy

STILLA subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency selected during checkout until canceled.

You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

To manage your subscription, sign in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order. You may also contact us through our Contact page for assistance.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Any subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active. Future orders placed after cancellation will not be charged.
