Refund policy

Try STILLA for up to 60 days. If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a refund.
How to request a refund — Send us your order number through the Contact page. We'll review the request and reply with the next steps.
Return requirement — No product return is required for an approved first-order guarantee claim.
Refund timing — Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Eligibility — The guarantee applies to the first order placed by each household and is limited to one bundle.
