Return requirement

No product return is required for an approved first-order guarantee claim.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Eligibility

The guarantee applies to the first order placed by each household and is limited to one bundle.
